The Pontedera has available eight commercial spaces along the ground floor fronting Hiawatha Place. These spaces range in size from 945 to 1,600 square feet. They have 13 foot high ceilings, large storefront windows, roll up garage doors and standard entry doors. Live/work is an allowed use per Seattle Zoning Code. The commercial spaces are plumbed with stub outs for a kitchen and bathroom for easier tenant improvements. As an option you can purchase a partial build out that will include a bathroom and kitchen .

For a more residential loft experience, The Pontedera also offers ten lofts on the West side of the first floor. These lofts include the following amenities:
